To my pleasant surprise, hosting in Finland is reasonably affordable. Most of the readers probably come from Finland, so it's good that the site is also in Finland.<\/p>\r\n<p>To buy pages <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shellit.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Shellit<\/a> through it (no commercial cooperation), and so even the old one gets worn out when I had to start fiddling with the pages.<\/p>\r\n<p>I updated my own <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/oskari-olli\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CV<\/a> with AI and I liked its retro theme. It got me thinking about whether it could somehow be turned into a website. I had already converted everything to HTML, but then it turned out that via hosting, a WordPress installation is only possible directly in the root directory. So, I had no choice but to ask the AI if it could handle WordPress themes... and it could! A few bugs came up, but they were resolved relatively painlessly.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A while has passed since I last acquired a domain.
